ifelseWare'sDelivery Policy and Shipping
Your order will be processed immediately if you choose to pay by credit card, whereas if you choose the “Purchase order” method of payment, your order will be processed after we receive payment from you. Delivery and packaging fees for any of our advertised accessory’s are already included in the price.
IfelseWare relies upon the services of third party couriers for shipping, and whilst we endeavour to ‘keep to our word’ there may unfortunately be a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to. This happens rarely, but we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.
If the parcel does not arrive when you expect it then please don’t hesitate to give us a call. Our contact details are found here. We will contact the courier and call you back to let you know what’s happening. If the goods are damaged upon receipt please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
If you order on-line or by phone or email, you will be notified at the time your order is confirmed if an item is on back-order. Back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as the product is available, and we will always inform you of the expected delivery date.
